Because this is a new-member trial, it isn't intended for visitors or short-term stays. If you're in town for a week or just want to drop into a class or two, check out our drop-in options instead.

Strength & conditioning

Our strength and conditioning classes emphasize constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement. You'll improve cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, so you're ready for any physical challenge inside the gym or out.

Learn the fundamentals and how to integrate new equipment into your routine and program for long-term results, taught by CSCS-certified instructors.

Total Body Circuit

Body-weight circuit transitioning through upper body, lower body, and core.

Total Body Strength

Full-body circuit training for maximal strength and strength-endurance, using free weights, kettlebells, bands, and body-weight movements to build muscle and burn fat.

Boot Camp

Cardiovascular conditioning, strength training with weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, dumbbells, sleds, and kettlebells, plus stretching. Coaches vary the format so no two sessions are the same.

Enjoy Impact Fitness classes from the comfort of home. We offer a full online membership so you can take your favorite trainer's sessions remotely, plus an 8-pack if you just want to get your toes wet.

Tired of being inside? Impact Outside brings your favorite workouts to the great outdoors, including a 45-minute class packed with climbs, sprints, intervals, and more to build endurance and strength.
