For the kids
Kids' Club & Camps
Impact Kids' Club gives kids a fun, active environment with real sports instruction, from after-school care to school-days-off camps to summer day camp, plus a Junior Leadership program for older kids.
After-school program
The Impact Kids' Club after-school program offers a fun, active environment. Students take part in different sports programs and learning centers for homework and study time. We pick kids up from school by bus and transport them to the facility. Each month features traditional sports like soccer, learn-to-skate, basketball, and volleyball, plus games like capture the flag, dodgeball, and team handball, along with arts and crafts, community building, and a leadership program for older students. Pack a snack, water, and athletic shoes.

Junior Leadership Program
Impact's Junior Counselor Program is designed for pre-teens (11-14 years) to develop leadership skills in a unique, active learning environment. Each junior counselor leads a group of campers through daily activities and learns skills that shape the future leaders of our communities.
Junior counselors are assigned to a counselor and group to help transition campers between spaces, serve lunch, and checking campers in and out. They're expected to arrive on time (check-in at 8am) with a good attitude, ready to learn, help, and have fun, and they learn about leadership, goal setting, positive decision making, conflict resolution, and time management. Every Friday is a pizza party.
Internships
Internship opportunities are available at Impact Sports Performance, whether you're fulfilling academic requirements or gaining work experience. Under the supervision of experienced, certified Performance Coaches, students are directly involved with strength and conditioning programs, including evaluation, program design, and instruction, plus front-office duties and facility maintenance. Part-time and full-time internships are available in fall, spring, and summer. This is an unpaid internship, but interns may receive academic credit by agreement with their college. The position requires a commitment to evening hours and weekends. Applicants should submit a resume, cover letter, and references.
