An Impact coach on the training floor

Rylan Reed

Owner / General Manager

Rylan, originally from Grand Junction, was one of the first people involved with Impact. He started as a baseball performance coach and worked his way up to Director of Sports Performance and now Owner/General Manager. He's never one to shy away from an athletic challenge and has brought many training practices and modalities to the facility. In his free time he enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and coaching his three kids. His wife, Danielle Reed, is also a Director and Owner at Impact Kids' Club.

Kari

Owner / Director, Impact Fitness

Kari has been personal and small-group training for 10 years and is an owner/director at Impact Fitness. A lifelong outdoor and fitness enthusiast, she was a competitive swimmer and runner and has placed in many triathlons and endurance events. She specializes in personal and small-group training, weight loss, high-intensity circuit training, strength training, and general fitness, and loves creating a positive, motivating community.

Dan Sherwood

Director

Dan lives in Littleton and has been building his fitness education since high school. An avid outdoorsman who has played nearly every team sport competitively, he found coaching at CrossFit Forest in Southern California, earned his CrossFit Level 1, and ran the Beginner's Camp program before moving on to coach all class levels.

Spencer Goodding

Personal Trainer / Sports Performance Coach

Spencer graduated from CU Boulder in 2016 and, after two internships with Impact, began his career as a Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Coach. A former rugby player who competed in powerlifting and strongman, he strives to see transformations through strength training. Since starting at Impact he's worked with youth, high school, and collegiate athletes, weekend warriors, and the local firefighting community.

Max Shaw

Assistant General Manager / Sports Performance Coach

Max graduated from Montana State University with a B.S. in Human Health & Performance (focus in Kinesiology). He gained experience as a physical therapist aide and interned with the Montana State Sports Performance Program before joining Impact. He has worked with older adults, youth athletes, and special-needs populations. Outside the gym he loves training, fly fishing, water skiing, alpine skiing, and golf.

Nathalie Flores

CrossFit Lead Coach & Gymnastics Specialist

Originally from Venezuela, Nathalie is an elite CrossFit Level 2 Coach with over 20 years in gymnastics as athlete and coach, plus a background in competitive Karate. She moved to the U.S. in 2021 and joined Impact in 2022, specializing in advanced gymnastics skills, high-performance CrossFit programming, and athlete development from youth to elite. She also leads social media at Impact and is bilingual (English/Spanish), proudly serving our Spanish-speaking athletes and families.

Wylie

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Raised in Arvada, Wylie developed a passion for fitness through hockey, playing goalie for over 15 years. After five years in the US Navy Seabees, Wylie earned a degree in Health and Exercise Science from MSU Denver, volunteered with the strength and conditioning program, and interned at Impact, finding a passion for coaching. Now a strength and conditioning coach, Wylie helps people of all levels build strength and reach their goals.

Andrea

CrossFit Coach & Personal Trainer

Originally from Colombia, Andrea found CrossFit when she came to the U.S. in 2011. With a background in volleyball, ultimate frisbee, and underwater rugby, she found CrossFit offered exactly the challenge she wanted and discovered a passion for helping others. For the past 7 years she has coached group classes and built tailored programs as a CrossFit and nutrition coach.

Aimee

Barre Intensity Master Trainer / Group Fitness

After dancing for various Chicago companies, Aimee transitioned her passion for movement into fitness. As a Master Trainer for Barre Intensity, she trains and supports barre instructors nationwide and brings the format to the Impact studio, and also leads HIIT and general fitness classes. She creates a positive yet challenging environment, encouraging clients to build strength and embrace personal growth.

Chris Dawson-Jouzdani

Personal Trainer / Running & Cycling Coach

Chris is a personal trainer, running coach, and elite mountain/ultra-trail athlete based in Westminster. While ultra-running is his primary passion, he competed as a Division I collegiate swimmer at the University of Iowa and as a professional long-distance triathlete. He believes everyone, regardless of age or experience, deserves the chance to pursue fitness.

Josh

Sports Performance Coach

Josh was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and moved to Colorado, starting at Impact in July 2022. He played over 15 years of competitive hockey through college, and his first sports-performance job was under the Chicago Blackhawks strength and conditioning coach. He has worked with clients from first-timers to professional athletes and competes in bodybuilding.

Ryan

Sports Performance Coach

Ryan grew up in Westminster playing snowboarding, tennis, hockey, and soccer. He studied Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University and interned at Impact, was an assistant strength coach for the CSU Army ROTC, and coached high school athletes and adult members. He believes success takes hard work, a positive attitude, and passion.

Jordan

Sports Performance Coach

Jordan is a Superior, CO native who grew up playing many sports and competed in swimming at the national level through high school and college, training with the top swim program in the nation at UT Austin. His sessions are tailored to each individual with frequent chances to set personal bests. At Impact he works with athletes, adults, and local firefighters and loves anything water-related.

Thomas 'T.Roe'

Sports Performance Coach

T.Roe is a former D1 football player and current competitive endurance athlete, triathlete, Spartan, and cyclist. After two neck surgeries to repair herniated discs sidelined his NFL dreams, his desire to compete never faded. He understands that the road to your goals is challenging but worth it, and his focus and commitment is your end result, holding you accountable every step.

Paul Lundkvist

Trainer & Coach

Paul has been a trainer and coach since 2001 and has trained people in LA, Chicago, Stockholm, the USVI, and now Colorado. His primary goal is to get people healthy and fit, and he also helps boxers with their strength and conditioning. Continuing education is part of his daily routine so he can meet every client's needs.

Lisa

CrossFit Coach / Personal Trainer / Graphic Designer

Lisa is a mother of three, a coach, graphic designer, and endurance athlete. Raised on a farm in Earlville, Illinois, she competed in water skiing and softball, then found distance running in her 40s, which grew into ultra-running and triathlons. She moved to Colorado and became a Level 1 CrossFit Coach, combining endurance sport with functional fitness and creating beginner-friendly programs. Outside of training, Lisa enjoys trivia and planning vacations, preferably those that include a race. She believes in limitless potential and challenges misconceptions about what is possible at any age.

Ethan Moseley

Sports Performance Coach / Baseball Development

Ethan is a sports performance coach specializing in strength, mobility, and rehabilitative training for all fitness levels. A former Division II baseball player with a degree in Exercise Science, he combines strength training with customized, sport-specific techniques to improve mobility, performance, and physical health, working with everyone from youth to professional athletes.

Tami Aspeitia-Mastriona

Yoga Instructor

Tami turned to yoga as a gentler alternative to running and discovered deep healing. Over 15 years her practice grew into teaching, and after her mother suffered a stroke she earned her 200-hour training and now teaches full-time. She holds certifications in Traumatic Stress and Resilience and Healing with Yoga, partners with the United Stroke Alliance, and has guided senior chair yoga, adaptive yoga for stroke survivors and amputees, and yoga therapy for PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Sarah

Yoga Instructor

Sarah fell in love with yoga at seventeen and returned to Colorado during the pandemic to teach. She teaches Vinyasa, Sculpt, Yin, Nidra, and Restore, always expanding her knowledge. Off the mat she enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.

Mel

Yoga Instructor

Mel discovered yoga in 2008 and trained formally in Rishikesh, India, returning six times and amassing over 1,000 hours of training and 11 years of teaching. She specializes in Hatha, gentle, yin, restorative, kundalini, and flow yoga, plus meditation and breathwork, weaving in Ayurveda and yogic philosophy. She lives in Superior with her family.

Gena

Yoga Instructor

Gena has practiced yoga for two decades and taught for three years. Certified in trauma-informed, kids, and SUP yoga, she is expanding through a 300-hour training. Her teaching reflects her love of the outdoors and a sense of play, treating movement as a celebration of the body's capabilities.

Chelsea

Yoga & Movement Instructor

A perpetual student of health, wellness, and mindfulness, Chelsea has devoted much of her time to movement. A competitive Scottish dancer who became a dance teacher at 17, she is trained in yoga asana, aerial yoga, barre, silks, trapeze, and cycling, and is a certified personal trainer with a degree in Exercise Science.
