When you sign up for 1-on-1 training, you get a customized program built just for you. After an initial pre-testing session to gauge your starting point and formulate a plan, we design a program to help you reach your goals, with your own personal coach for every session.
This is for the athlete who wants individual attention and our full time and resources devoted to their needs.
Team training
Improve speed, agility, explosiveness, and core strength in a team environment. We create sport-specific programs that increase your play on the field while building team camaraderie.

M.A.P.S. speed program
Develop running mechanics, fine-tune your fast-twitch muscles, and increase your speed and explosiveness. No matter your athletic level or sport, this course is perfect for any young athlete.
M.A.P.S. runs outside at Williams Turf Field (1350 Coalton Rd) in Superior, CO. Sessions run Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9-10:30am and Tuesday-Thursday 9-10:30am.
